These exceptional employees go above and beyond every day to make a positive impact on their teams and our residents' lives. Without further ado, let's meet our deserving winners!
Charlene Jones, I nominate Charlene. Charlene gives great communication and overcomes any obstacles she may encounter. She has shown how much she cares for the residents and for the home. Thank you for being apart of the Orion team, Charlene!
Mohamed Jalloh, my employee of the month votes goes to Mohamed. Mohamed is amazing with clients when it comes to listening to them and showing care to them when they need him. Mohamed always shows up to work on time and communicates well with his colleagues and manager. We are so lucky to have you, Mohamed!
Lastly, Evelyne Godia, I am voting for Evelyne. She always helps with redirecting clients. She is always learning something new to teach to others. She always asks questions and is willing to learn more. She is a great team player that you can always rely on. Thank you for all that you do, Evelyne!
