Our employees are the heart and soul of our organization, and their commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents is what sets us apart. That's why we are thrilled to announce this month's three Employee of the Month winners, who were nominated by their Managers and voted on by our Leadership team. These exceptional employees go above and beyond every day to make a positive impact on their teams and our residents' lives. Without further ado, let's meet our deserving winners!
Moses Moiba, I vote Moses. Moses is a good employee. He always comes early for his shifts and will jump in where help is needed at Gelding. Moses spends a lot of time with the residents and he always has their best interest at heart. He is a great candidate for Employee of the Month!
Jonathan David, I nominate Jonathan. Jonathan always calls or texts with any updates during the evening shift. He can handle any situation that arises in the house. I’m truly blessed to have him here at Gelding. He deserves my vote!
Lastly, Stephen Booth. I nominate Stephen this month for his unequivocal work that he does here at Orion Homes day in and day out. Stephen takes clients and staff safety as his highest priority. He never misses his shifts and can help cover shifts whenever needed. Stephen deserves my nomination for this month!
