March Donation Spotlight: Arizona Special Olympics

By Brandon Dow, CEO

I am excited to share with you that Orion Homes has made a $1000 donation to the Arizona Special Olympics this month. As a company, we are committed to giving back to our community, and we believe that supporting organizations like the Special Olympics is an important way to do that.

The Arizona Special Olympics is a non-profit organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Their mission is to promote inclusion and acceptance through sports, and they do an incredible job of creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to showcase their talents and abilities on the playing field.

At Orion Homes, we have seen the benefits of participating in the Special Olympics firsthand. Several of our residents have had the opportunity to compete in various events, and we have seen how this experience has boosted their self-confidence, improved their physical health, and fostered a sense of belonging and community. We are proud to support an organization that has had such a positive impact on our residents and others like them.

As a company that specializes in providing care and support for individuals with mental health challenges, we understand the importance of promoting inclusion and acceptance for all members of our community. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their passions and interests, regardless of their background or abilities, and that organizations like the Arizona Special Olympics play a vital role in making that possible.

By donating to the Arizona Special Olympics, we hope to support their important mission and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities in our community. We are proud to be able to give back in this way and to support an organization that is doing such important work.

At Orion Homes, we are committed to making a difference in our community, both through our work as a behavioral health residential facility and through our charitable giving. We believe that by working together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for all members of our community.

Thank you for your continued support of our company and our mission.
