Our employees are the heart and soul of our organization, and their commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents is what sets us apart. That's why we are thrilled to announce this month's three Employee of the Month winners, who were nominated by their Managers and voted on by our Leadership team. These exceptional employees go above and beyond every day to make a positive impact on their teams and our residents' lives. Without further ado, let's meet our deserving winners!
Roseline Ukaegbu, a fantastic certified caregiver. She goes above and beyond for our residents and is a true pleasure to work with. She is always pleasant with both staff and residents. Roseline always makes sure to make our residents feel valued. We are so grateful to have her as a part of our Orion team!
Gabriel Chuol, a hard working caregiver every day of the week. He always makes sure to put our residents as his #1 priority and is always there to attend to our residents needs. He is always willing to pick up extra shifts and work at any other homes when extra assistance is needed. “There is no doubt that he shouldn’t get this award.” We are honored to have him as a part of our Orion team!
Last but not least, Yvonne Umulisa, our third Employee of the Month winner, she has been recognized as hard working and always willing to help out when our residents are in need of anything. She creates a friendly environment everyone can work in and works great with our residents. Yvonne always makes sure to communicate any concerns with her managers. She always makes sure to have her job duties completed when need be. We are proud to have her as a part of our Orion Team!
